Where is my data stored?
In Switzerland, with a Swiss host, with a daily encrypted backup kept for 7 days. You can export all your data at any time (ZIP, CSV, PDF).
Can I edit an invoice already sent?
No, by design: an issued invoice is frozen. You duplicate it, cancel it or correct it with a credit note — everything stays traceable.
Does the client’s signature have legal value?
It is a simple electronic acceptance with time-stamped evidence, not a qualified signature under ZertES.
Do I need accounting software?
No. Billix Evo focuses on invoicing and payment tracking; CSV exports feed your accounting.
Can I manage several companies?
Yes: each company has its own clients, templates, IBAN and numbering, strictly separated.
